At C-Enable, we are dedicated to addressing the under-representation of women and other diverse groups on boards within the crypto and digital asset industry.

We host regular events that aim to bring an awareness to this disparity, champion women in the crypto space, and help to provide tools to boost their visibility and ultimately their careers.

Our approach includes two key initiatives: an industry-wide survey to assess female representation at board level, and consulting services to help firms enhance their diversity and profitability.

Additionally, we offer bespoke coaching for senior women, empowering them to raise their profiles and become strong candidates for board positions, with support from certified coaches.
